About our Hospital Services and Expert
Contacting Patients – Based on the sent query by our patient, we contact them through email, phone call, any other provided means. A patient can also contact us through our query portal, hospital phone numbers, Email, and even through WhatsApp. The following details are asked and
shared with patients.
- We provide international patient enclosure and multilingual guides to our patients
- We ask for any previous case history for analysis
- We suggest a possible solution, treatment plan and its estimated cost structure
Once, all these enclosures are shared and patient decides to start treatment, the further procedure is followed.
Setting Up Appointment and Treatment Plan – Time has value, so we set an appointment and prepare treatment plan as per the convenience of patient, so that patient can reserve its dates for the treatment.
Assisting in Visa Procedure – We assist our international patients in Visa application and process. An international patient just needs to provide us the following details:
- A request letter for medical Visa
- Passport copies of patient and attendees (Husband/Wife)
- Any case history report
Our dedicated team helps patients in approving medical Visa application from the respective embassies by providing invitation letter from our hospital, surrogacy agreement (in case of surrogacy treatment), patient’s case history and other related investigative documents such as passports of the patients and the attendees.
Proving Additional Assistance –
We provide the following additional assistance to our patients from overseas.
- Providing pick and drop facilities from airport to hospital.
- Helping in hotel reservations.
- Providing language interpreter services.
- Providing treatment cost structure in advance and hassle-free payment modes.
- Accommodation to attendant in hospital.
Initial Health Investigation –As per the set appointment the following heath investigations are done or previous
reports are required.
a. For Females
HIV, Hepatitis B, Rubella (Rubella immunity is required prior to commencing
treatment), Varicella, Oestrogen, Progesterone, Prolactin, Luteinising Hormone, Follicle
Stimulating Hormone, Ultrasound pelvis, and Hysterosalpingogram.
b. For Males
HIV, Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, Semen Analysis
Treatment Process – After analysing all the heath aspects of patient, the required treatments such as IVF, Surrogacy, and so on are performed. Also, post treatment observations and check-ups are done in subsequent days or after one month as per the requirements.
